During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed me to explore the nearby attractions with ease. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi that was functional and that I could use without any difficulties. Lastly, the rooms were clean, and the staff was able to offer us helpful information regarding the area.

One of the downsides I noticed was the lack of soundproofing as the noise outside the room easily penetrated inside. the furniture looked a bit dated, and the beds were uncomfortable which made them hard to sleep on.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The location is perfect, just off the main square of this charming little town. It's convenient to have the markets and El Tajin's restaurant within easy reach. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they are always ready to help. The basic amenities in the rooms are decent, and even though the rooms are a bit small with two beds, they are still comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious.

Centrally located near the heart of the city, staying at this hotel puts you right in the middle of the action with easy access to local markets and restaurants. the receptionists are very helpful and accommodating to their guests' needs. If you're lucky enough to be staying on the first level, carrying your luggage up won't be a problem. the rooms are clean, with basic furnishings, and offer decent amenities.

Some parts of the hotel and rooms may show signs of age and wear and tear.
